Entertainment law or media law is a term for a mix of more traditional categories of law with a focus on providing legal services to the entertainment industry. The principal areas of Entertainment Law overlap substantially with the well-known and conventional field of intellectual property law. But generally speaking the practice of entertainment law often involves questions of employment law, labor law, immigration, securities law, security interests, agency, intellectual property (especially trademarks, copyright, and the so-called "Right of Publicity"), and insurance law.
Personal Injury
Morgan and Morgan is a Personal Injury / General Negligence (P/I) Law Firm. We handle claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents such as: car accidents, motorcycle accidents, school bus related injuries, and truck accidents. However, this is not the only area of P/I we cover. We handle cases of slip and falls, trip and falls, dog bites, construction site accidents, and premises liability.
Medical Malpractice
In cases of Medical Malpractice we take-on claims involving cardiology, surgical negligence, obstetrics or birth injuries, emergency medicine, family practice, neurology and neurosurgery, pediatrics, gynecology, and the failure to diagnose cancer.

For many families Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect is still a very real issue. Cases involving injuries and deaths in nursing homes, adult congregate living facilities, assisted care facilities, and rehabilitation hospitals, are all areas we cover. We have an office here at M&M devoted to Insurance Dispute claims, claims which have been denied by a client’s insurance company. We deal with claims including life, health, disability and property insurance. The firm also handles Personal Injury Protection claims for both the insured and providers, as well as handling both first and third party insurance bad faith claims.
Collection Harrasment Department
We have recently added a Collection Harassment Department to Morgan and Morgan. This office is devoted to helping those who are being harassed by debt and bill collectors. If collectors are calling constantly, sending threatening letters, or trying to use “strong arm tactics,” you may have a case.
Product Liability
Product Liability actions, including vehicle defects, industrial equipment failures, and medical device failures also fall within our general practice areas.
